These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Motivational Sarcasm app ("Application") for Android devices, provided by Two Humans and Two Dogs LLC ("2h2d", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The Application is provided free of charge. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Application or its content
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content in the Application — including but not limited to the curated quote collection, background images, UI design, and source code — is owned by or licensed to 2h2d. Quotes attributed to public figures are used under fair use for commentary and humor purposes.

You may share individual quotes via the Application's built-in share feature for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2h2d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Application.

The quotes and content in the Application are intended for humor and entertainment purposes only. They are sarcastic and satirical in nature and should not be taken as genuine advice, professional guidance, or endorsement of any viewpoint.
